Winter Olympics

I’m off this week so hopefully i can schedule some of the bobsleigh and the hockey games.
Are Canada playing the USA ?
 
I quite like the perspective offered by the drones following the athletes. It really gives a better feel as to the speed they operate at. They might have been there last time too, but I'm only noticing this time out.

And they can be repurposed into hunter killers in Ukraine later. The drones that is, not the athletes.

A biathlete would be an awesome killing machine in the snow; ski miles and miles and then snipe someone.

I've not really watched any of the Winter Olympics at all.
I see it on iPlayer and it says something like "slalom / downhill / mogul / half pipe snowboard" and I turn it on and someone I've never heard of is doing his best but I don't know who they are or whether they are good or what stage they are at, so I turn it off, bored.

Maybe I sound like Teddy Xenophobic Sheringham there.

You would think, but he/she would likely die within minutes, too. Drones rule the grey zone (kill zone) of about 25km that spans the front line. The only thing that ventures in there are stupid Russians who are dead soon after.

Everyone has their sport preference, I suppose. I think cricket is the most boring thing in the history of humanity, but some people love it.
 
Czech go 3-2 up against Canada in the quarter finals with only 7:42 to go in the third period. This will be intense! It would be huge if Canada crashed out already now. They haven’t been good. Czech did their best to hurt Crosby early on and managed to. Big loss for Canada.
