Yeah, looks like marble tiles to me.

No the first one with the lounge and t.v.

Could be polished concrete. You get a high shine finish that looks like marble

It's normally only used in high traffic areas though, like shopping centres, high end underground car parks as its very robust.

The shelving/light fitting/table could be this stuff:

Not sure you can use it as a floor, but if you want a glossy white floor you could use:
http://www.mapei.com/GB-EN/Cementitious-and-Resin-Floor-Coverings
Basically an industrial resin floor.
