Remember this one fellas....?
This one still haunts me as well. Would have gone 2-0 up, instead lost 2-1. Poch sacked a couple of months later.

I remember that one. Didn’t they say that he was 7mm off side? As if the technology is accurate enough to measure to 7mm. WALOB!This one still haunts me as well. Would have gone 2-0 up, instead lost 2-1. Poch sacked a couple of months later.

Indeed. But in a world in which even multi-million $ PGMs aren’t accurate to less than about 10 feet, why has the EPL kittend itself out to a technology which pretends to uphold standards that are clearly Impossible?I suppose PGMOL would say it's more accurate than the officals who couldn't see our goal v United was about a yard over the line or that Vertonghen was 5 yards in his own half when ruled offside.

Actually I know the answer to that: it involves multi-million $
