Transfer thread

BBC reporting fresh Neco Williams interest today.

I'd prefer Norton-Cuffy, but there's a lot of sense to bringing in a HG right-back, and then moving on Sarr and Bentancur and clearing Gray's DM pathway. That would bring our OS quota down to 17 too

After Saturdays game i don’t think we should sell Bentancur, he is one of the only midfielders that look comfortable on the ball right now. I’d have him above Bergval and Gallagher for sure.

Well, here's to Marmoush arriving (I believe it will happen) and Gakpo too before the window closes. He's the one RDZ has wanted all summer, Liverpool cannot afford to sit quietly, and I'm hoping we can push it through. Would give is height, strength, and goals. Our front options suddenly become more fluid, interchangeable and faster.
Let's see. But we cannot end the window so short (in height) in the squad IMO.

That's the thing. We get to hear about these transfers for so long before they're actually confirmed, so that when they're confirmed they're often almost a bit of an anti-climax, and our dopamine starved minds want another one, and another one!
I dont need another transfer. They dont excite me at all. I want to see a better performance on the pitch on top of Useless words. Saturdays performance has me very worried.

And we have too many overseas players
Only if you count Takai and the injured players. There is zero chance that Xavi will be able to play before the second half of the season as well as question marks about Kulu.

1. Kinsky
2. Dubravka
3. Porro
4. Van Hecke
5. Van Der Ven
6. Senesi
7. Udogie
8. Robertson
9. Tonali
10. Fernandes
11. Bentancur
12. Sarr
13. Kudus
14. Savinho
15. Richarlison
16. Kulusevski *
17. Xavi *
18. Takai. *

We're basically fine at present just not registering Xavi. Takai wants a loan and I'm sure we'll be happy to loan him so that opens up a place for Marmoush.

If we happened to sign another overseas player who is over 21 (I don't think we'll sign anyone after Marmoush) then I suspect that would be covered by Sarr being sold (I expect him to get sold anyway irrespective).

Our association trained list at present would be:
1. Archer
2. Danso
3. Maddison
4. Gallagher
5. Scarlett
6. Odobert * (unlikely to be back until second half of the season).

We then have Moore, Tel, Gray, Bergval and Souza as under 21s - Moore, Gray and Bergval will both count as association trained (and club trained) when they reach 21.
