He is the epitome of average. Not a poacher, not a good finisher, for a big guy hes not that good in the air either. One decent season and we were the only mugs who thought he was punting worth 65 mill on. Ive said before, you cant fault his work rate, but all players should have that as an absolute minimum requirement anyway.
 
All in all a fairly funny window up to now

Spence could go, which is fine, ok, we will all live if he does despite me not thinking he should. Loads more that should and still likely to move on.

But also means we have a hell of a lot of work to do inbound. Window still looks like it will be busy for us

I’d only sell Spence if he actively wanted to leave. Any money from the sale wouldn’t go towards a forward, it would fund his replacement. Who’s available for £35-40m? Neco Williams from Forest was the player linked when the Spence rumours began during the World Cup but I’m not sure we’d even get him for that price.

I think this is an area the club would put on the back burner even if Spence is sold.

We will be left with 3 Left backs plus VDV/Davies

On the right we would have Porro/Gray/JPVH

Plus anyone from the youth.

Personally I think that highlights the need if we sell. JPVH isn't a right back, Davies days of playing there are over for me, he is a much better LCB.

Lets see, maddest window I have known for a long time TBH
