Apparently Arteta loves Odegaard and views him as indefensible. To the point where an Arsenal fan friend of mine was arguing that Bellingham would not play over Odegaard if he joined them.

FWIW they get 0.6 more points per game when he doesn’t play.

How worried should we/the league be if this Bruno G move to Arsenal goes through?

Do Villa and Newcash have any players left? Seems both are getting decimated.

Just think about who they've lost in a couple of seasons: Isak, Gordon, Anderson, Almiron, Tonali and now probably Guimaraes as well. They might end up where we've been the last couple of seasons, if they don't get the recruitment right, and get some injuries. With Europe as well, I think they might struggle.

If I were Saudi Sportswashing Machine I’d sell him too, have a massive reset and go again. We have been there and it worked when the recruitment was done right. Better to sell and buy early, as we have all found out selling the likes of Isak late late in the window and panic buying wissa doesn’t work … I won’t go into our previous scrambles as we are all too well aware.

next season is going to be one of high expectations. i hope dezerbi is up for it - both the highs and the lows.
