I like this idea of PEH sitting with GLC and Tanguy further forward.

I suppose there is also a glut of different players at the club, that could fulfil those midfield positions for depth and rotation purposes.

If money is tight we could still form a team capable of mounting a top 4 challenge just by bringing in PEH and Aarons imo.

I don't agree with this. We need to sign players who are good enough and are a good fit for the side, where they are playing should be quite far down our list of considerations.

Eriksen always appeared to me as an introverted sort of character and may have had trouble changing from northern European life and environment to Latin European situation, plus the Covid issue hasn't helped. I believe his head had been turned by his agent and media obsession with selling any decent player at Spurs abroad or to their favourites. I would love to see the old Eriksen back but dont think you should ever go back.

Not sure they are to be honest, report say Conte is thinking of getting rid of up to a dozen players and that is not going to happen. I guess we will see.
