I think those are the right subs from an ernergy perspective, though I have zero faith in Moura or Lamela ever scoring
 
Not a good game from either Bale or Dele, but Dele should be leaving the pitch with two assists
 
I think its more about transparency and accountability. Pundits should be able to interview refs and the var team post match to make them publicly accountable.

There are cameras than can do 1000 fps which would give a 1cm accuracy, but instead they use 100fps ( I think)
