Proper old-skool 4-4-1-1.....risky without one of Bentancur or Palhinha i know (especially with on-one to talk Bergvall through the game) but why not, eh?
 
Sad times. I’m so glad I’m not going to this one. Don’t even know if I’ll bother watching it. I cannot recall being this disillusioned with Spurs. I’m pretty sure people will be giving tickets away for free online for it. I still wouldn’t go.

In the league, perhaps Romero in midfield. VDV is suspended, Dragusin isn't in the UEFA squad and Davies is injured in the CL. Takai went out on loan, not that he was named either.

In the CL, I think we're down to Danso and Romero as our only fit centre halves. Might be wrong.

I suspect Frank feels Solanke is bringing stuff to the table that no-one else is atm. Tel has been playing ok, but what he brings if we're honest isn't particularly different to what Odobert does for example.

Tough on Tel but i understand Frank here

It's a no brainer really if he's able to start, he's a better player than tel and can hold the ball up, which we are missing.

People saying tel has been playing well, the bar is that low at the moment it really doesn't mean much
