I think he's one of the best, they sacked the best before bringing him in, some great points made on GFW this week about the situation in Madrid

He won the CL in his first attempt at Real after the guy he replaced failed 3 times and has won more CL's than Mourinho in total.

He's only won the league three times in his entire career as a manager though. They've really just replaced on cup specialist with another. Benitez is a lot better than he gets credit for. He has improved quite a bit since his last days at Liverpool.

Might be the making of Bale if some of the reports over the last few weeks are right and they're actually ready to move on from being Ronaldo Madrid.

Didn't Napoli finish 5th this season? They should be finishing higher than that. He's not a bad manager but he's not as great as Liverpool fans make out. Certainly not in Ancellotti's league. Chelsea were obliterating teams under him, they scored over 100 goals and won them their first double.
