*** The official 2025/26 Premier League thread ***

Anyone else not currently giving a fudge that Woolwich won the league? I'm sure I will after Sunday and that'll be amplified if they beat PSG and amplified even further if we go down but, right now, I'm not sure I could care less.

I guess my apathy towards them is because of the worry about us. One silver lining in a very dark cloud.
Bought my PSG shirt already. Can’t have them win a European trophy. Our record in Europe is the one thing we have over them. Well apart from actually being from North London.

Absolutely

A detailed report as to how we were not officiated to the same precedent as other clubs.
There was a touches in opposition box/penalties chart or something. I'd like to see the touches in opposition box/yellow cards for diving chart as well. I'm pretty sure we will be the anamoly there as well.

Sarr's one yesterday was pretty bad.
Didn't need to either, he'd done the hard work getting in the area and could've shot or laid it off.
I haven't seen the incident, so fair enough. Despite that, I'm certain one could find similar situations for other teams that didn't result in bookings.

Almost half the EPL will be playing UEFA competitions next season! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿💪

Surely Thomas Frank is in the running? Iraola would be absolute madness. Doing what Spurs do by bouncing around styles -- just as they did from Allardyce to de Boer to Hodgson.
I’m not sure why Palace would think Iraola would see them as a significant step up from Bournemouth. He’s done the whole punching above weight. I think he will want a big job next, like Saudi Sportswashing Machine or possibly Liverpool.

Any chance of tonight’s lottery numbers? 😀
