Thanks... and let me ask...Good pod. I was confused when someone said "those two can pick a pass out to Martin".
Who is that, the Villa keeper or ?

Took the dog out this morning and put it onThanks mate. As one of our chief listeners those are good words to hear.
Took the dog out this morning and put it on
Did mean I spent a butt longer walking in the rain, but hey ho
Also agree with Milo and his comment about Paratici
The key for me is your not saying (and I agree) that Frank isn’t the man…. The key is he needs to show us that he is… and that step up from Brentford
Was about 70 mins I reckon and yeah today I’m at 18000 stepsThe pup must be fudging knackered, you must've got 10k steps in, and hope your coat is dry by now hahahahaha
I think there is always a balance and he has played those guys a decent amountI'm fully behind Frank, as I always am with all our managers, but if he can't find a place in the team/formation or tactics for Sarr, Bergvall and or gray he should not be our manager and should not have been hired.
Nothing against Bentancur or palinho but those three are our future, we cannot spend the time and money we have on these players to develop them and let rot on the bench, or worse still sell to our competitors strengthening them and weakening us.

Very enjoyable podcast as usual guys.
Can I just pick on something, and it's not exclusive to you three, milo run through the next lot of fixtures, "won't get anything there, if we lose badly in this one, will be toxic if we're on a bad run and struggling".
I'm paraphrasing and that's not direct quotes, but it is the jist of the it.
I understand it's a fine balance between realism and building unrealistic hopes, but surely we (I mean the wider support, not just the podcasters) need to look at being a stronger support.
Feels like we set ourselves up to fail before we start, and if you do that you will fail.
No idea why that last paragraph is in bold.
I hate the word and I doubt either yourself, milo, ram or Gareth would consider yourself to be influencers, but if we look at the "spursosphere" it's the same everywhere.I think that's a very fair observation.
Where I would counter is that we, in turn, were making that observation based on how reactions have been.
I personally found the Copenhagen approach and performance a huge step in the direction I want us to go, but we still have to see how TF does with the tough run ahead.
Stronger support? Oh absolutely. I agree. I think the green shoots of that Copenhagen match will ensure that the Man U match sees our fans in a great headspace to roar the team on. Let's hope.
Thanks for the feedback, and again, good observation that we'll certainly take note of (I have to miss this week's upcoming pod due to schedule)...

Our home form crap, well it is, but 60k supporters sitting there waiting on the first mistake to start grumbling isn't going to help.
Here's an alternative take,
Win today against a team we have beaten in the last four match ups and win our next game against arsenal and we will be at worst four points behind them. First games after the international breaks are unpredictable.
Arsenal have a tough away game this weekend, we could actually be a point behind them by the end of the next two games.
Their next game after us is Chelsea away, we could actually be above them going into December.
I know the odds are against all of that, but some of it is not outlandish, let's not worry about the negatives before they happen, let's try and be a little more upbeat.
IF we are in any way influencers, I believe we are a rare pod in as much as we always try to see the steady view, if not edging towards positive...whilst I absolutely take your point, I will say that I think your comments are as much general as aimed at us. Again, we are very clear in always seeking dialectics (of which Spurs always have many)...IF Thomas Frank continues to try and look for more (like he did with the line-uop earlier against Man U) then I won't be finding fault.
