A very good friend of mine is embarking on a fund raising activity for Cancer Research. He is not currently asking for any monetary support - rather wants to build up a number of followers to encourage and support him as he trains to run up the Grand Canyon. n March 2013, my sister's partner died of oesophageal cancer aged just 32. An incredibly fit young man, he ran up the Grand Canyon whilst there on holiday once. On March 2 2015, the 2nd anniversary of Nigel's passing, I plan on doing the same for Cancer Research UK with help from some friends and all of you out there. This blog will chart my training and fundraising activities leading up to the event itself.
