Liverpool probably want Kane. With their record we might be able to get 15m for him. That'll be a sweetener for Joao!

Yep, which is why we shouldn't jump to conclusions about 'letting him go'. None of us have a clue what VDV has said to Levy, everyone seems to think that we got rid but you never know.

We could be looking at a more narrow formation, where the FBs provide width.

I like Grimsby Yid, he's a poster I respect but he's looked very pessimstic in this thread. I reckon it's the artistic temperament. :)
