Meanwhile, a tale of the 'development' of young, white, US men...my daughter was at a festival this weekend. Had a guest area pass (I suggested she use it) but wanted to go and get down the front of the stage to see Pink Panthress with a few other young women. They got there early and waited for hours. There was a DJ on before her set, and this meant a huge swell of 'frat-boy' youths pouring in, from the sounds of it between 17 and 21, chazzed and razzed, asserting their maleness upon all present. There were increasing surges which meant people at the front started getting crushed. My daughter thought she was going to break her arm, and started to have a panic attack. Apparently, some scum punched her in the back of the head and said 'well get the fudge out bitch that's my spot anyway'. She was apparently helped by ONE guy, who shouted back at this scum. She was eventually lifted out but even then a couple of these arseholes grabbed her legs and tried to pull her back in all the while shouting insults. To cap it all, the head of security at this stage told her initially she had to make her way back through the crowd because 'panic attacks ain't medical' (she was being crushed). Other guards got her out, and then several other women had to be lifted over the barrier as the frat-boy surge continued.
THIS is what you have when the Andrew Tates of this world are let loose, let alone the rest. These scumbags are everywhere and multiplying with impunity. I have always kept my eyes and ears open to try and help any woman in the middle of such a moment; it was profoundly disturbing to know this happened.
