My mate who is a cop said the guy who did it is severely disabled mentally, not that it justifies it, of course it doesn't, but thats apparently the background on it

I read some of the comments when this was first reported and there were without doubt people who clearly wanted this to be an immigrant. More concerned about that than the well being of the child.

I have just seen a tweet from someone (never heard of him but he has 1.2m followers so probably not a bot account) blaming DEI for yesterday’s train crash.
Admittedly it’s on X which anyone sane knows is a cesspool but it’s also scary how there are people who want every bad event to be tied to skin colour.

The hatred is palpable when you are out now. Especially if you go to the shires. It's not a welcoming place if your tan is wrong.

My Mum was avidly into racing all her life. It ran in her family (several horses and always in major races). My set-Dad too, massive fan. Both of them remarked over a decade ago how they were sad to see the likes of Royal Ascot dragged down by the knuckle phalanx.
