Keeper is unlucky there. It was hit with pace and low, but not in the corner - if it was in the corner (a "better" penalty), keeper saves it.
Keeper was actually too good at anticipating where it was going

What's the away allocation at Celtic Park?
When Hearts scored it just seemed a thin wedge of fans in the right hand corner as you look on tv.
I've read only 752 fans, that can't be right surely?

It is 752.
Apparently Hearts started it by giving Celtic a similar amount at Tyncastle

And there is nothing in Scottish football rules about allocation.
Celtic and Rangers have a 5% agreement.
I guess it makes sense, lots of tiny clubs in the middle of nowhere and long distances, so you don't want to be too restrictive.
