Probably wait til Dec.....Could, probably should be curtains.

I don't understand his thought process.
As with all the previous managers.....we are better than this.
Play people in their positions
Still have problems but we cannot continue to be this bad.....
Nobody can change the mentality
Agree. But under them all when we go down. Head goes. That's mentalIt's not the mentality. The game has changed (and this was always the risk when we went for RDZ), current meta in PL is simple football, more direct, more upscale Pulis ball. Everyone plays with energy, everyone is willing to sit in mid/low blocks (won't take the press bait).
Ange/Frank/RDZ although vastly different managers require too many things to work for it to be successful, one player out of position or not reading, one player injured and replacement doesn't have the exact skillset, margins that mean if the opposition gets one go in off their ass and you miss a sitter, game over ..
He's in trouble, maybe he can turn it around but it's starting to look a lot like Frank in that ceiling isn't high enough (we don't seem to be able to blow away anyone), and the floor is the championship
I think they mean It looks like it's going down hill and Pete Tong with regards to getting sacked like Frank. I dunno could be wrong. But either way we are still not winning games and it's been 2yrs of itI don't think it's looking like Frank. Under him we sat back and never looked to try and win.
We have seen we can attack, just not score.
More like Poch when fans wanted Kane to play, fans now just want players in their correct positions

I honestly don’t think he’s in trouble and if he is then it would be the craziest and most short sighted move I can remember.
I simply think we need to score when we’re on top. Because for the first 20-25 minutes of games we look like a class above. Clearly that is by design, and clearly it is unsustainable to play like that for the entire game. So we need to take our chances in those moments and get in front. And once we do, I think we’ll cut teams apart on the counter.
What can’t happen is that we fail to score, and then go behind, and then teams just sit in against us which makes it hard and would be hard for any team. Especially when we’ve spent so much energy in the early part of the game.
I don’t think there’s a massive issue with the tactics or the system or even really the players right now. I think we aren’t scoring in the moments we absolutely have to, and we are conceding in moments where we absolutely can’t. The game is swinging on the goals in the wrong way.
How long do you wait? we have United and Chelsea away in our next 3 games. 7 games without a win, 10, where is the line? This is the same strategy as Frank? we "hope" it will turn around.
I'm not advocating we fire the guy, I am saying it's looking very fragile at the moment, and the club better have a fudging plan B come November if we haven't turned it around.
And to be clear, the issue isn't only RDZ's term, it's the club has spent 3 years in a spiral, something has to be done to turn it around.

We need a plan for who we are meant to be first and foremostThe problem we have is all these fcuking managers want to buy players right away for today. We lost sight of building something. Our squad will not settle until we adopt a Poch era mentality again. Buy young players that look the part. The other clubs are doing it. We are so desperate to catch up that we started buying now players with a limited CV cos they were PL players.
Need a huge reset in squad management
I think he does that all the timeI can’t help think he is going to start p!ssing off players soon with his comments.

Given Iraola took 10 games at Bournemouth, I’m ok waiting about the same amount before I’m really concerned.

Yeah maybe. And what he says to them behind the scenes, and how he says it, is far more important of course.I think he does that all the time
But I also think players are kind of used to that too

But when every game he is calling out someone’s fitness (which imo is in some part calling out their attitude) then at some point that has to rest with the coaching staff as well, doesn’t it?
