I’m still not convinced about RDZ. Yes he kept us up (we would have gone down had we stuck with Frank or Tudor) so big points on the board for that. However, what is coming from him so far this season is excuses, shrugs and vagueness. Of course he needs time, but my positivity for a smooth transition and a settling of the squad has dimmed somewhat.

Yeah he needs to be doing better. The performances haven’t been great but it is early days and you would think with the quality we now have in this squad, better days are ahead. I like him though and I’m certain he sees everything we do. We were poor defensively first 2 games but then better yesterday. Im sure he will get the attack firing soon.

I think he has historically had a slow start when he joins a club to implement his ideas … a little like Poch. I think once we click we will be brilliant
