Pre Season Thread

Danso was stupid. It is preseason, he should allowed Chelsea have the chance. Now we are down to 10 that has fukked up the subs De Zerbi would have made.
 
Chelsea obviously have more of their 1st 11 attackers on the pitch than we do but their is a higher crispness and purpose to their attacking play that we lack. I'm not sure though even if Maddison was playing whether we have that same degree of effectiveness.
 
There are two defensive examples which highlight what RDZ wants IMO.

JPVH was nowhere near the box for their goal as a defender BUT he gets the ball, progresses the ball and you trust him to accept it within a high line situation. Fast forward to Danso, its likely the opposite, what we do know is he isn't ever going to be comfortable receiving the ball in those areas
