We don't put enough pressure on the refs, though.

Poch is way, way too nice about them. 'I don't want to criticize', 'I agree with the refs decision, but...'

I understand, he had to play it cool while the stadium delays tested the FA's patience.

But that's done now.

Now, he can be as aggressive as he pleases.

Why, oh why, does he not murder refs like this? Take the initial ban, but make the refs doubt themselves every time they step out to ref a Spurs game.

We're too nice with these fudgers.
I agree, Ferguson was the master of this. We're too nice, both on and off the pitch.

Get Dele off for Skipp.

Eriksen and Moura might be able to create something.

I'm just scared if we get drawn forward Alli will be the one to hold onto it too long and we'll just not have the numbers to cope.

Foyth was chasing as fast as he could to get to his clumsy dribble and lunged in with his foot at knee height, studs showing.

Lunged yes. As fast as he could absolutely not. He slid on his arse for a meter, then wafted his leg upwards. Studs were showing = red. But if studs had been kept down, that's a yellow at worst. A soft red.

I can't tell if our players are running on fumes at this point because of the WC/lack of investment/injuries, motivation has gone a bit because its all gotten a bit stale or they're just fudging stupid.

Either way, I can't fault Poch today, I'd be furious with the players today if I was him, both their wasteful finishing and then the stupidity of Dier, Son and Foyth.

I still think they're defensively vulnerable if we can conjure just one more big chance....
