***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Wolverhampton Wanderers, Molineux, Sat 25th April, 3pm - ***

We can't get relegated or stay up this weekend
No, but if we can't beat Wolves, we toast. There's only so many chances you can afford to miss and if we can't get the win there, I can't see a way out for us. It's not even a given a win would see us through. Of course, I'd be happy to be proved wrong, but I'd be even happier if we actually win and make this all conversation irrelevant.

If we can't beat Wolves we should request relegation!

Cannot believe Udogie is straight out again. Have us such better balance last week naturally staying wide and pushing Xavi inside.

Would not be surprised to see Spence start tomorrow but if we need a goal, then Souza may come on.

Can't argue with your first sentence. It's all about what that village idiot, Merson, called "bleef." Their side had "unbleevable bleef," he once announced. So let's hope our lot have been being fed bleef tea, roast bleef, shin of bleef and boiled bleef and carrots all week, or I fear we'll be waving "tartare" to the Premier League.

I have said for the last 4 pr 5 games that we are going to win comfortably and i genuinely believed that. This time i am going to say we lose this 2-1, reverse psychology and all that.

Also, its going to take more than 40 points to survive this season.
Surprised by the runs the others have managed, a few weeks ago I thought 36 or 37pts would be enough.
Still think getting 3 wins should do it, just hoping we can.

Unreal ain't it?
Spence can still get down the left and hug the line giving Simons space to work inside.

I've put a blind hope bet on us winning.

And I agree. Today is it. Forget the Math. If we don't win we will be done mentally.

The same with Arse of they drop any points now.

This is when it matters.

I don't think that really worked out well though this season. I would prefer the left footed Souza there and Spence on the right.
Don't disagree just feel RDZ will go with the more experienced player. Having said that Souza has looked decent in the minutes he's had.
As I've said before I'd have Spence rb and Porro on the right wing/forward position for now. Spence the better defender and Porro can cross and shoot from further up the pitch, just makes sense to me. If that means playing Souza or MVDV lb then so be it.
Just don't think it will happen.

Destiny is the archetypal Spurs player for our current era.

1. A young and relatively low profile player who comes in and looks quite good.

2. Lots of people get carried away with claims that he's the best in his position in the league, or is the future of the club after 5 or 6 good games, and isn't our player acquisition department so clever?!?

3. Performances tail off, becomes injury prone, so then varies between being in poor form or injured, the poor form is definitely because of the injuries not because of a lack of quality, and gets better by reputation each game out injured. To expect more in the short spells he plays would be ludicrous by means of the footballer's paradox: If you don't play much, you can't expect anything as it takes time, but also, if GHod forbid, the player plays a lot then it's horrendous man management from the coaching staff asking a professional footballer to play lots of football? Outrageous! Bound to cause an injury. We should just be simulating football games at this stage, takes away risk for the players whilst alleviating expectations from entitled supporters. And digital footballers are much less fragile than real ones, I give my players brick on fifa and it doesn't seem to affect them at all.

We definitely nail that sweet spot in terms of the market!

Anyways, let's hope for a similar performance but with a better result. I'm a firm believer of things not being over until they're over, but a loss along with a West Ham win makes things look incredibly precarious. That said, I don't mind dropping down to the championship, clear out the deadwood in terms of board, players and fanbase and I'll see more games.
