I'd take this now; Arsenal have to go through CL qualifiers, and Arsene gets a new contract.

Happy with the performance and result. But really disappointed with how we finished the match poorly. We played well and was in total control for almost the entire match. For all the we created, we should have scored more goals but instead we conceded 2 late goals that put us under undue pressure. We should have killed the game off after leading 2-0. But we got complacent and almost got punished in the last 10 minutes. It was really tense until the match was over. Not sure if we would have won had this match continued for another 5 mins or so. We really should learn to kill games off much earlier when we are playing well.

Well done to Kane and Alli for scoring all the 3 goals. Kane took both his goals well and that brings his total league goals to 19 for this season. But Kane also wasted 2 one-on-one chances which he should have scored. Maybe Kane should have stayed on to try to get his hattrick. Those goals should have been enough to kill the game off. Instead we let Everton back into the game. We then needed the Alli goal to kill the game off.A lli too took his goal well just when we were under pressure when the score was 2-1.

Our midfield of Wanyama and Dembele did really well as we outplayed Everton for almost the entire match. But as soon as Dembele went off, Everton took advantage to put pressure on us. Winks did well to create the goal for Alli but not sure it was the correct decision to replace Dembele with Winks. Everton didn't look like scoring until Dembele was replaced. Really expected a big game from Eriksen but he had a quiet game and wasted yet another freekick.

Not sure why Pochettino insist on playing Dier in defence as our defence are not as solid when he is there.
But we were not really tested by Everton until the last 10 mins of the game. After that, it was pressure after pressure by Everton and we almost threw the match away. It seems like Dier causes even Vertonghen and Alderweireld makes mistakes ! It was Vertonghen's slip which enabled Everton to score their first goal but felt Alderweireld should have reacted faster to cover it. Alderweireld also missed the header for Everton's second goal but others like Dier should have been more alert as well.

Despite the tensed finish, really glad we managed to beat Everton for the first time in 2 years. Also glad we have now won 9 consecutive league matches at home for the first time since 1987. Hope this win will boost our confidence to finish the season strongly.

Fair. It's an issue across football, though, not just at our gaff - I suspect the fallout of allowing the game to become a sport for middle-class people at the expense of the working man and woman.
There,s still more working class people watching football going to the games I,m sure.
I remember Keith Burkinshaw criticising the fans once saying, "it's as if they have all fallen asleep in the Sun" lol.

Anyway..CoySpurs.....

Excellent result; Nice to get that new milestone of 9 home PL wins in a row;
Typically when Spurs are about to break such a record (albeit relatively unimportant in the grand scheme of things) we find a way to c0ck it up

Hopefully Poch pats them on the back but also shows them the video of the goals conceded to get us back to the mean best.

Onwards and upwards

It's why I avoid mentioning those things on match days as they always come back to bite us... but this team are made of sterner stuff

Honestly its fecking scary the amount of people that pick on him....

He was nowhere near Verst for that error and Toby he even highlights that Toby should have dealt with it...but no thats Diers fault too as he makes them play bad WTF!!!!!

Im sounding like a broken record now but we have the best defence in the league and it isn't in spite of Dier as he is the one who has play the most games
