Not great first half, but I think overall we did enough that a point doesn’t flatter us.

Ref tried his best, but we just got a point against 12 men, in a place where we don’t get many points. Will take it all day long.

You dont have high exp of tottenham saying this was a decent performance… well done getting a point, bloddy $hitty ref but getting this point was luck… we are so far from playing as a team, its scary.
 
Every single person watching those replays, including geordies and goons, would've said that's not a pen. Yet 3 clams in a studio, and the ref on the pitch give it. We need to go full scouse on this one, if only never to have those clams officiate our games again.
 
Was a compelling game. I thought we moved the ball well. What is noticable is how much better organised they are. Our shape isn't as solid. And how that showed is they closed us down far far better.

I thought our passing and build up is steadily getting better. Small steps but incremental improvements there for me. What we don't have is a forward line with any confidence and a lack of ability if we're honest. Johnson not moving for crosses. Muani showed fight at least, but far from settled and didn't manage to hold the ball up much. Kudus the only senior attacker who's settled. And there's too much pressure on him and teams can mark him and stop us.

When it takes our CBs to show proper movement and determination to score, I think you know we are missing talent up front.
 
All the subs who came on were good imo. Even Richie distracted them as think they were worried he’d blag a penalty.

Tel and Simons also had a bit more determination than normal.

That penalty though…disgustingly awful to award that.
