***Official Match Thread Tottenham Hotspur v Saudi Sportswashing Machine 8:15pm Tuesday 2nd Dec. ***

Saudi Sportswashing Machine tactics

Murphy is there for his crosses. Barnes is there to run at players. Woltemade is to holdup the ball and let players run in behind him or score from an header.

Their midfield - Joelinton and Miley to press hard. Tonali to dictate play.

Lewis Hall will get forward a lot on his wing.

What's our version?

Harvey Barnes does the same trick every time.

Porro falls for it every time

Barnes always gets the cross in.
Porro has never convinced against anyone with a modicum of pace or trickery, I really like his on the ball work usually but it's not a balanced output. He does need to be more secure defensively in the long run as his offensive output doesn't really compensate imo.

If Newcash continue to press like this, they'll be knackered before 60 minutes. Stay in the game, and we'll win in the end.

I like Sarr in general, but just really struggle to understand what he is supposed to do in this team.
My guess - Box to box in tandem with Bentancur when we have possession. Will drop to left wing to whip in crosses. When without ball, press.

Just noticed when we are attacking we seem confused. Udogie had the ball and it was as if we didn't know what to do.
