I’d normally say something here about luck, and set backs, or being unfortunate here.

To be honest though, it’s just beyond words now.

The biggest issue is we have maybe 7 creative players in our squad. Kudus, Kulu, Odobert, Maddison, Moore and Donley are 6 of them. And the one thing in common - none will play for us again this season .

Feels like it's another area where we cut corners.

I'm not saying we should be cutting players open at the drop of a hat, but it's alarming the amount of times our players return to training then break down again, or the initial diagnosis turns out to be far off the mark.

A club the size of ours should have a medical department able to accurately assess, treat and rehabilitate players, without these continual further complications.

I think @robp135 is just angling for a job in our medical department......wrong muscle identification looks good on the CV.

We lost about 3 seasons of Lamela to this
