That price seems WAY too high considering Brighton paid only £7m to Slavia Prague to buy Abdallah Sima in the summer. He is probably more highly rated than Cho, had a good full season in the Czech league and also looked decent for Slavia at Europa League level (4 goals in 11 games in their run to the quarter finals).
