Maybe with the evolution tactically the league appears to be under... perhaps the two up top might make a reappearance?

He offers us something, although I doubt that it's ever going to be elite finishing. He's lively and tricky though; if we had better natural goalscorers in the side, I think he could end up with decent numbers of assists. He's grown in my estimation.

Hes not good. I still don't understand why we bought him.

It's nice he runs around a bit but that's just busy work and is that what we are resorting to now. Being proud and championing busy work?

fudge me we deserve to get relegated. I embrace it, it's the only thing that might actually cleanse this squad and fan base.

We need to stop accepting mediocrity just because the rest of the team is lower than that. The only one who should escape criticism is Gray - fudge the rest of them they're sending us down

Mate I agree generally, in other posts I’ve said I’d keep Gray and bin the rest. Tel was a weird permanent signing to me, but I’ll at least give him the credit of saying he is one of very few (about 3) who looks like he is actually trying out there.

Oh it’s shocking, the biggest issue the club has had for a long time now is recruitment. We buy untold levels of mediocre and try and smash it all together.

We haven’t done any decent well planned squad building in years. We’ve sold the only quality we ever had and replaced it with players who couldn’t lace their boots.

We deserve this. Year after year we've accepted the lowering standards and made excuses after excuse for them.

Sissokofication : on a day when there is very little enjoyment to be found, that did make me chuckle.

He was a bit of a busy fool today. Running around like a clown; but he was in the midst of a circus from 40 minutes onwards tbf.
 
I think the comments on here about Tel's performance are really harsh. He wasn't anyway the reason we lost the game today, and he was a threat all game until he had to come off due to an injury.
It didn't come off for him today, but most of our chances were created by him being involved in the game.
Tel's improved alot during these last few games, and looks committed to giving it he's all. Not sure why he's being picked out more than others today.
