I've must have seen another MOTD, as shearer wasn't even in the studio. It was Danny Murphy and Shay Given, and they were mostly very positive about Spurs.

Yeah well, I got back home late today and put the recording of the game on and was hit with my annual reminder of just how insufferable Alan Smith is, coupled with my despair/confusion at Sky's insistence on allocating Spurs matches to him.
