...57 conceded and I liked Romero. Something has gone very wrong when a CB's best contribution are the goals they've scored. If we didn't concede so many we might not have needed his 5.

CB goals just like CB passing should be a bonus on top of the pie, not the actual pie.

Absolutely fudging useless. Cannot defend and turns like an oil tanker.
He's 'quite' good at passing.

But if want someone who's quite good at passing you might as well play a midfielder like Gray or Bentancur.

Him and VDV look a nightmare partnership. Both too passive, both have the defensive awareness of a monkey nut.

Vuskovic lack of pace is similar, but he wants to defend, puts body and head into areas that hurt, I think he would have been a great partner for MVDV, the out and out defender and pace. Shame really but is what it is, we have to move forward with what we have
