Mr Maddison, we are charging you with bringing the game into disrepute. How can you question the referees integrity when they have no integrity?
Having watched a lot of behind the scenes footage over the past couple of years Maddison is without doubt a guy that keeps morale going in the dressing room and has the respect of his team mates. Armband or no armband he is a leader regardless....Love this. I know he has detractors on here, but surely nobody can fault his approach and attitude. I’d take him as captain if Cuti moves on
I find it weird that he has any detractors. He always works hard, wants the ball and tries to make things happen.Love this. I know he has detractors on here, but surely nobody can fault his approach and attitude. I’d take him as captain if Cuti moves on
It’s match sharpness, he’s played a total of 40 minutes in over a year and probably been our best player in those 40 minutes to boot!Sad to see. Still clearly got ability but looks like he’s running in treacle. Not sure if that’s fitness or he’s lost any speed for good
He's trying hard but the sharpness isn't there yet. Gotta give him massive credit for putting in the effort despite not having the fitness yet.
Moyes has always come across as honest and respectful. He’ll be fully aware of the fact that Everton have a significant role in the outcome. I expect his team to perform well.Hopefully the Toffees back line will be thinking about the beach on Sunday instead of dashing back to make King-like last ditch blocks

One of the fellas on The View From The Lane made a great point on Maddison. He’s been out for a year, he’s clearly not fully fit or ready and yet he’s giving everything he can for the cause. He's trying hard but the sharpness isn't there yet. Yup, hopefully wants to get one over on themFormer West Ham manager too
Him and Kulu should be captain and vice captain next season. There's no comparison in their attitudes and Romeros. One of the fellas on The View From The Lane made a great point on Maddison. It would have been so easy for him to be selfish and say “I’m not risking my fitness and future by coming back before next season. And I’m also not risking my reputation by having any part in this dumpster fire of a season that may result in relegation.”
In an era when players get accused of not caring or being mercenaries, Maddison has shown that he is anything but.
How is he going to do that? Anyone that knows Moyes knows about his professionalism and hard work, we aren't going to get any favours from him or his team and neither would we from any manager in the league....Yup, hopefully wants to get one over on them
