Interim Manager Discussion - Igor Tudor joined until end of season

Would you have these as interim manager to finish the season?

  • John Heitinga

  • Current Coach (Lewis, Cochrane, Burnett, Carr)

  • Ryan Mason

  • Jurgen Klinsmann

  • Chris Hughton

  • Brendan Rodgers

  • Edin Trzic

  • Gareth Southgate

  • Former Manager Hoddle/Jol/Redknapp/Sherwood

  • Stick with Frank no matter what

From what I have read it sounds more like an interim, and then they will assess candidates in the summer with the interim being under consideration....
I think they will be telling the Interim that, but I find it unlikely

Mopo/Glasner/Iraola all out of contract and are better options than what's out there at the moment

They are the only ones we know of as well.

I don't know if he'll be any good or not, but I don't really understand the due dilligance behind putting Tudor (or someone else similar) in charge even short term.

What can he have shown or said that proved him up to the situation that we're in over an unsexy but proven Prem manager who knows how to get a team out of a relegation scrap.
Like Thomas Frank? Apparently he’s available :p
But yes, we’ve put ourselves in a very dangerous position by not doing this 2 months ago.

The oracle has confirmed it. Apparently has a bit of experience as an interim but seems a big gamble.

In a weird position where I want him to do well but not too well so that we can get Poch back in the summer.

This is a much better 'getting the band back together' proposition than the Redknapp one

Igor Tudor is known for an aggressive, high-intensity, and forward-looking tactical style, predominantly employing a 3-4-2-1 or 3-4-3 formation. His philosophy centers on high-pressing (often man-oriented), quick vertical transitions, and intense, attacking football that prioritizes winning the ball in the opponent's half and maintaining high energy.

Got 11 days to instill that with a squad of 13 players.

I’m ignoring his record over longer periods, 12 League games is a different remit so I’m hoping he can make a difference. No guarantees whoever came in with our sick note list

that's a very very left field selection. Pros are he plays our sort of football and he's done it before. Cons are he knows very little about the premier league
We are going down. Didn’t he lose 8 games in a row at Juventus?
in a word, Nope.
