He’s great at spotting problems this bloke, but seemingly not great at solving any of them.
The thing is, what even are the qualifications needed for the Spurs game?!
I'm not sure it's the brag he thinks it is

Tbh, im not a fan of Sherwood as a person, but I watched a 20 minute video of him talking about us on Sky the other day and what he said actually made all the sense in the world and sounded like exactly what we need right now.
Without doubt there's plenty of people in the queue with you who don't like Sherwood.
So given the issue we appear to have with the current chap....pivoting to a fella who is largely unliked as a person would be the doofus move of the year.

In his defence, Tudor is breaking club records far quicker than Ange managed to do so!

Indeed, and again I’m not saying “let’s get Sherwood back”. It’s more that it’s quite shocking that even he seems to make sense in what he is saying we need at the moment.

He simply pointed out that what we really need at the moment is to realise that we have to work with what we have, realise that we have injuries and therefore can’t rely on players coming back and saving us and making the best of what we have. Talking to players, getting them on side and working out where they are happiest and most comfortable playing, putting them in their favoured positions and using them in a more simple, standard and organised way.

Not doing odd things like swapping Porro and Gray, playing left footers on the left (where available) and getting some balance in the side. Not playing three at the back when we don’t have the players to do it. Again, all absolute basics, but the thing that struck me was that he was sitting there listing these things out, and yet no one at the club seems to be currently coaching us in a way that just allows us to play in the most basic and effective way for the players we do have available. Actually trying to find a way of giving some of these players the confidence and making them realise the situation they are in and trying to pull them together to actually work as a unit to get themselves out of it.

It feels like currently, we just want to coach the players that they’re hopeless and hope this somehow inspires them to be brilliant overnight. I don’t personally think much of the quality of this squad, but they need to work together and be better than the sum of their parts, we aren’t doing that currently, not even close. If the current manager has already lost the dressing room, I don’t get how we stand any chance of staying up.

The guy who has one of the highest win percentages as manager for us? Surely he couldn't be talking some sense? The hate he gets from many Spurs fans considering he has never done anything outrageous and no one really knows him on a personal level is quite weird and pretty sad tbh....

Our big problem here, is it appears he’s lost the players already.

Now, I don’t blame our season on Tudor, you can’t, he hasn’t been here for the majority of it.

I also don’t like the idea our players can down tools and get rid of another manager, HOWEVER, in the situation we’re in, and the context of our position, we need everyone on the same side and pulling in the same direction. From looking at this, we are about as far from that as possible.

I think in previous posts, I’ve made it clear my feelings on this group of players. However if he has already lost the dressing room, we have nine games left and there’s no way we can carry on with this. In fighting isn’t going to keep us in the league.
Have they downed tools or is there just no plan?

Was the Spence handshake as it’s being reported? I.e having a dig at Tudor? I’d gone to bed at that point and can’t seem to find a clip anywhere. Speaks volumes if was a pop
