How many players in our squad are consistent top 4 quality?

Lloris and Kane. The rest aren't consistent players. Without either of those players this season we would be bottom half. Eriksen maybe but he doesn't do enough for me.
 
I would say Eriksen is just about. How many midfielders have scored 10 or more league goals this season?

Kane and Lloris definitely.

Chadli could be one day, but not now.
