Whats the best sites, apps, offers to use for hotels in London?

I use www.booking.com a lot mainly for the fact you book for free and dont have to pay until you check in or out, handy if the date you want to stay is months away

I booked hotels for Ibiza in August, September, Kuala Lumpa in December and Amsterdam in May which I obviously cancelled all with paying on arrival

Try top secret hotels on lastminute.com, they are all 4+* hotels for 2* prices and its all legit
