Now at German club Steinbach, the 34-year old Ivory Coast born defender had been missing for three weeks since leaving for Paris to see family. He was found in the river Rhine on New Year's eve. In his career he spent time at clubs like PSG, Mönchengladbach, Wigan, Young Boys, Maccabi Tel-Aviv and Skoda Xanthi.
He played for Wigan from 2010 to 2012, getting sent off against Tottenham on 24 September 2011.
