True or not, who knows, but I have always had the sense that too many overlooked the legal reason Joe left rather than anything else and its always felt that he was still the "Don" at the top of the Spurs Cosa Nostra

You have to wonder about some of these articles particularly about Charrington, when first appointed below was the statement issued by the club , the article says Lewis family do not have a rep on the board yet Charrington is a director of ENIC in which the Lewis family hold the major shareholding, that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

We can announce that Peter Charrington, Director of ENIC and former CEO of Citi Private Bank, will be joining the board as Non-Executive Director.

My dad's a surgeon. He let me have a few tries at inheriting the family business, but it didn't turn out well. Someone with aptitude, training and experience might have faired better for those patients I guess.

I get the feeling the Nepos are always going to be one step too late with big decisions. They sacked Levy after the transfer window shut when they could have done it earlier, made a marquee signing and announced things are going to be different now.

After the January transfer window shut a statement comes out from VV (tying him in with the Nepos for now) basically saying ‘wait to see what we do this summer’

Frank should have gone weeks back, months maybe you could argue. Get a new manager in and back them in the transfer market. Instead inaction has led to looking for an interim to be appointed with a depleted squad to work with.

We can announce that Peter Charrington, Director of ENIC and former CEO of Citi Private Bank, will be joining the board as Non-Executive Director.

People used to say Levy was spread too thin, distracted by building some flats and the idea of building a hotel.
Nick Beucher has about ten times as many businesses to keep an eye on; he must spend a good 25 to 30 minutes per week thinking about Spurs.

Fair enough. It's just you mention nepos so much i thought there might be a reason. I can understand criticism of nepotism in the public sector. In the private sector though it's up to them. It's their money and business.

That Crispian prick tried it on with my girlfriend at the time in Camden palace when I was 17 and it all kicked off, hated them and him ever since.
