If like I was earlier, you are waiting for your activation email, please check your junk folder. That's where mine was.
 
Yahoo and Gmail in particular seem to be receiving the email to junk mail - if you are signing up using an email from either of these then it's probably a wise precaustion to add Scaramanga@glory-Glory.co.uk as a trusted contact first.
 
I signed up with hotmail first and didn't get anything. Not even in the junk folder.

I retried with gmail and it seemed to work straight away. Seems random.
 
Hi everyone,

I've (obviously) managed to sign up ok, I've used a hotmail account, and the activation came through immediately. I was a lurker on the old site, and for whatever reason I was unable to sign up then. I would also like to the opportunity to say hello to everyone on GG :-)
 
Bugger. I've been trying to fix the mail and it was working all along!

On with performance tuning then - was a bit slow yesterday.
 
As bad as it was us to lose gg it was great for me as it allowed me to register after many years trying. So here's looking forward to many happy hours on gg
 
I'll introduce myself in this thread I guess. Long time lurker on the old board who freaked out when it was suddenly gone! I thought I should join up properly and try and have an input...we'll see how that goes.

Yeah finally back at it was going through withdrawal top work by all to get the site back and running! Took awhile for the e-mail to come through for whatever reason
 
i registered twice with nothing coming to my email or junk box finally got it sorted tonight after doing for a third time with a new email i set up just a heads up like could easily be others still trying to get on
