Excellent service from the club whose customer care unit helped me swap one of my season tickets to a spare seat next to a gangway. My Dad has just had a knee replacement and finds it easier to sit where he can stretch his leg, so from the West Ham game the seat is all his.

No fuss, no nonsense. I made the request to the ticket office who said the don't swap tickets mid season but I should contact Customer Care by email. Lionel Messi was so impressed he decided to join on a free.

To be fair, if you can speak to the correct person I generally find them very helpful and accommodating.
