Corners in matches

I had £125 on over 10.5 corners in tonight's CL semi final between Barcelona and Bayern Munich. That's right a semi final of Europe's biggest knockout competition.

So can someone please tell me how in 90 minutes between the two teams they can only manage 5 or 1 every 18 minutes cos im sitting here scratching my head at how poor that is!!

What happened to corners in big matches cos as someone that follows them they are declining in matches involving big teams.

I made my fortune betting on their being four corners in each and every game.

When did the laws of the game change to allow wrestling be allowed at corners?
They are a complete lottery, in virtually every game fouls go unpunished and it's not unusual to see officals give totally opposite decisions for similar challenges.
There has always been a bit of pushing and shoving at corners, it has now moved on to an orchestrated tactic straight out of the NFL.

I found Pep's interview this week intriguing. He mentioned what you talk about.

I can't pinpoint exactly when or whether it came in piece by piece. What I would say is that the PL is at an interesting point of inflexion. I think it will lose it's fanbase as a league unless it becomes more entertaining. We're obviously heavily invested because of our club and perhaps where we live. People around the world won't want to watch the PL if it continues. They will drift back to watching other leagues.
