anyone purchased an iPhone 4s through Three?

Hi everyone

I've bought an iPhone 4s from eBay but it's locked to Three mobile. I've called them to get it unlocked but they said that because I've never purchased one from them I can't get it unlocked.

If anyone here has purchased an iPhone 4s from Three and is willing to call them and give them my serial number and say that it's a replacement from Apple so that they can get it unlocked, it'll cost £15 but I'll send that person £20 through PayPal. Any takers?

They can easily do it for you. Phone back and just moan a bit. Or get the guy from eBay to phone and ask as he has obviously got it from Three (although most phones on ebay are ones where contracts using fake details have been used to purchase and the sim binned/bill never paid so he might not be able to do it).
