The fact that it has drawn very little comment from either side of the political divide in N Ireland shows that most people now see what he says as little more than the ramblings of poor Uncle Donald who should be placed - for his own safety, and the safety of others - in Doonbeg Home for The Perpetually Bewildered.

He'll have changed his mind by tomorrow teatime anyhow.
