No you cannot say that with any confidence. Most people carry measels antibodies in their system via vaccination. As would someone that’s had measels. In both cases, they will typically pass those antibodies on to the child.

If your theory was more likely then the world would be giving birth to millions of kids with measles because the parents were vaxxed

The child did not have the measles virus. The child that died of a spleen rupture was also found to have measles antibodies in the pathology report.

About 93% of US newborns historically have detectable measles antibodies at birth, typically passed on by the vaccinated mother, per the CDC.

Based on birth rates, the PA population and the number of active measels cases, the percentage chance of being born with measels pass on by a mother in PA is 0.0000000017%

The cause of death was not from the measles. The newborn died shortly after birth from a laceration of the spleen, although measles antibodies were present in postmortem testing.
