Could be them wearing blades instead of studs? The photo of Odobert there looks like his boot has got stuck in the turf when it should have slipped away a bit

I think if it were blades that was the issue then we would likely see the same issue elsewhere.
He said "Prolonged exposure to hard playing surfaces" i.e. the training ground being too firm, seems the most likely source of the problems.I don't recall a load of opposition players having serious injuries from our pitch to be fair?
Can someone do a list of all our injured players and their expected return dates?
......so we can feed it into the....'how far are we in the brick' machine. Thanks in advance...I'm hitting the hay. Sweet dreams Thomas.

Opposition players spend 90 minutes on that surface, though - ours train and play there regularly. It's the only correlation I can think of. The number of ACL injuries we suffer, compared to everyone else, is such an anamoly there has to be an underlying factor. Not to mention all the other injuries. Something's not right (and it's not a curse, although I do wonder sometimes).I don't recall a load of opposition players having serious injuries from our pitch to be fair?
Whatever it is I don't consider it to be a coincidence and a 'Spurs curse' and we should invest a lot of time and money if need be into what the fudging hell is going on with all of this....
I did ask and was answered a bit further back - its only a couple at home.Would be interesting to see how many of our injuries have occurred while playing at our place rather than away.
