Those are the only included years, those are his stats. Kulu was playing in the league's 4th biggest brickmunchers for over a season of that data too.

Also, 80th percentile? These stats are usually taken from the top 5 leagues, so let's assume 20 teams per league and around 20 in a squad for each team. So he's in the 80th percentile in a group of around 2,000? There's a hell of a lot of better players in that data set then.

Sterling dribbles a lot too. If you suggest putting him in our team you might need to up your meds. Feels like an expensive downgrade:

One of those ten a penny, "looks really talented but doesn't contribute much" kind of players that hang around the PL for a couple of seasons before ending up at Southampton?

Bit late to the rumours this season so sorry if it's already been mentioned. He's not very scorey or assistey is he?

For them maybe. For any employer with an ounce of moral integrity, it should have been plenty. And I say that as probably the most profit-oriented business owner on this forum.

The court case with his former assistant was ongoing as of last week. It may have ended or clearer evidence come to light.

He was arrested in July 22 and (I think) twice since.

    The Goon Thread

There's no settled law on this stuff, but most of the legal advice is that when he was arrested, suspension on full pay would have been the best solution. From an employment law standpoint, it's considered a neutral action, so they wouldn't be liable to later civil suits. It also covers them...

The PR team have gone with him apparently. Sounds as if Red Bull are trying to wash their reputation but I think it's too late.

You're right, the law has to be applied as set by parliament. The solution to this problem is electoral, not judicial.

Would you fly on a Boeing 737 Max?

Or the people that perform (or don't) the servicing and maintenance on the equipment. Or (as in the case of the 737 Max) the pilots who don't RTFM.

He's committed dozens of crimes (at least) and has been repeatedly arrested for them. He's currently spending a life (no parole) sentence in the US (mainly in solitary, apparently) for some of them. He was never (to my knowledge) marked officially as a terrorist. But if there's a line that...

The police have done what they're required to do - they've applied the law is it is written. The problem is with calling the group terrorists in the first place - that's entirely wrong, and was simply done for votes. They're a group of anti-semitic sh1tcvnts who absolutely deserve to be in...

Could be worse, you could be on a Ryanair flight.

My post on it was here. The numbers would have been taken from that article and links in it. You're welcome to do the same yourself if you want to dispute it.

The Germans interred or killed almost every Jew in Germany that didn't flee. After WWII, the Jewish population in Germany was around 7% of what it was before the war. If Israel had reduced the population of Gaza by 93% in a similar manner, I'd agree that your suggestion isn't ridiculous. But...

It's a war, people die. Adding 1 to the non-combatant count doesn't change the fact that this is still the lowest ratio of non to combatants in modern history.
