From what I hear he does not know any other way of playing. We could be in big trouble next season, lucky for us we had the element of surprise early in the season and got points on the board.

Next season might well depend on the fixtures in the opening months. Aussie Ardiles could be another Tottenham manager that loses his job around October/November time

Weak spine.

While we concede a lot of goals, Vicario, Romero and VDV is a decent start

Noone is playing well in cm at the moment, and then we have Son or Richalison up top not able to get the ball under control
 
I just wonder if we had Rodri, De Bruyne and Foden for example, would they lift us up or would they lose form and become average along with the rest of the our team?

Yep. Son up front has been proven not to work + Johnson is way more effective on the right.

Also our CM is just a mish mash every game now.

If those are the ones that are commited we are fudged. Zero effort besides for Romero and VdV.
 
I know that ange needs time but I am having doubts about Postecoglou's tactical awareness at the epl level. he seems to ignore obvious threats like salah (man marking works) and seems to be overly reliant on making his system succeed. I don't think we are ready to outscore Liverpool at Anfield, with the same gameplan without variation and no surprises.

He needs to learn and learn quickly if you are in a bad run, you need to stop it.

If that means 11 mean behind the ball and spawning a draw, so be it.
