    I think we in this country have a totally different view to guns and their use from the US, a great number of their population have been raised believing it is a fundamental right to have a gun but here we think only government officials should be armed in certain circumstances, anyone else...

    A lot of the team had just stepped up from 18's and that may have been part of reason but I would expect better attitude from players, all part of the learning process I suppose. The u18 team that played Thursday did have players who had more experience than some who played last night.

    I can't believe people are critical of him given the position he holds, whatever answer he could give would put him in the brick. Anyone in a senior post has 2 options go along with company policy even if you don't agree with it or quit. Some will say try and change things from inside, good luck...

    I'm hoping for a good performance as a the result in Europe should have boosted our confidence, it didn't look like we had to work hard in that game so we should have something left in the tank. It's early in the posts but I'm pleased to see no "hope we lose" posting yet.

    Spurs lost 0-2, very poor display in terrible conditions. It's possibly one of the worst performance I've seen from U21's, Everton were not very good but they didn't need to be. The attitude and careless passing of some of the players was unacceptable.

    That's what I can't get my head round in modern football, there are so many suits doing jobs a club manager use to do. If the "Technical Director" is responsible for identifying signings and developing players he must also play a part in selecting a style or tactic of play along with recruiting...
