Fixture & Ticket News 2016/17

Heard an ad on Talkbrick on the way into work this morning for Ghent Wembley tickets. I thought this was almost sold out already?

I just checked availability.

Aside from singles in a few Club Wembley, NW half (diagonally) of tier 5 now open but only extreme blocks have significant chunks available.

Guessing blocks would make 70,00 attendance, but maybe 3,000 not taken.

Match is 23rd Feb, so more good performances and a good away match could mean an almost full stadium. Or it might be people touting - £10, what's not to lose?

I can get my hands on some tickets for the Stoke game in Section 10 on West Lower, Row 12. Anyone know how the view is from lower row 12? Never been in the lower tier so I have no clue. Is row 12 high enough to get a decent perspective?

I'm trying to get Stoke info but it tells me it's on general sale then displays a box entitled Best Available saying If applying for an away game please select the number of tickets you wish to apply for.

Odd ?!

I think that's just the default when there is nothing available, as it is all allocated through the ballot. It definitely did not go to General Sale.

Anyone had any news/LPs added yet for Everton?

OK - but it has the green button with GS and hover tells me General Sale.

The code perhaps has a memory leak or is not clearing buffers (or from my early code - "Working Storage").

I'm not a fan of the coding/logic of the OS.

Everton Ballet Update on website now:
We received 13,168 applications from One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members for this match and there were 5,363 tickets available. Tickets were issued randomly throughout the stadium using the maximum price submitted by members in their application

Jesus tonight...13,168 applications. F#ck me.

As there's no mail, no pts added in my Transaction History and no monies allocated in the bank I think I can safely say that yet another match we missed out on. What a joke.
Thanks yet again Tottenham

Nothing for me either.
But 13k applications? Jeez. I think Stoke was around 9K and that was a big jump from usual.
I think that as we are now into the final few months, everyone is going for the 'one last visit'.
Hopefully I'll get one of the 'random' emails about returns - that's what was said in the Stoke Dear John letter. Otherwise, Stubhub it will have to be. And with the demand going up, how much longer before ST holders start holding out rather than discounting their tickets?

13k is a frightening number. I have resigned myself to the fact we wont get tickets for Southampton,Watford or Bournemouth either. But as United and Arsenal will go to points, with nearly 500 LPs, I will be totally f#cked off if we dont get a ticket for the last 2 matches

You'll be fine for the last matches. It will be interesting to see the allocation for those games though. I think I'm right in saying it has ranged from around 4.5k to over 6k so far. I'd like to think that has been dependant on the away teams allocation/segregation, however I fear the Arsenal/United games may see s few extra tickets going to corporate.

The most they can charge on stub hub is £125 which for the united and arsenal game is not the end of the world but demand will be high and supply small if existant at all.

Not had any points, email, etc for Everton :-(

I (currently) have 285 points, I'm hoping that will be enough for Arsenal and Utd.

Same here. Applied 8 times successful twice. Thanks Tottenham.

Same as you, at least we should have enough pts for the last 2 A matches

No point or money taken, I haven't been successful for any games B/C wise that I have entered the ballot for, which I've done 4 or 5 times. Hopefully my 281 will be enough for Arsenal and Utd at home as it doesn't look like I will get much chance to grow my points.

Just received the email from the ticket office, I suspect that I will get another one a few days before the match to say more are available as has been the case with every match I've applied for this season...
