***Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United OMT***

Main decision is Dier v Wanyama.
Dier was responsible for their goal Wed but Wanyama was poorer. His passing needs to improve and didn't really cover the CBs.

Also, Son needs to be goal side and more disciplined. He stood 5 yards behind the CSKA player on the edge of our box. Luckily, ball didn't come that way.

Also I would like to see Verts provide a left foot option from free kicks, even if he doesn't take them just run over and into the box. A thunderbolt from him would be interesting.

We can do this.

I'd like to see Eric back in the central midfield for this game, mainly b/c he was different class there for all of last season. But it's also worth remembering that Wanyama has basically played in every match in defensive midfield for the last three months. He's been very good, but I think he's due a break.

Wanyama is an ever present under Poch, I would be shocked if he chose to rest him away to Man Utd....

I'm worried that this will be the game when Mkhitaryan shows the first proper display of quality in the PL. Mourinho finally seems to have remembered to use him and I do fear that him, Pogba and Ibrahimovic could just start flickering into life in time for their televised game against us.

Wanyama plays if I could pick the team. He has been excellent for the most part this season.

I'll take any sort of a win in this one. I'm not fussy.

Me too. He was excellent against West Ham there a week back (in the cup).

you must be having a laugh, him on his own aint gonna change it, the other two have been outta sorts all, season, long.

I want a win, nothing less !

Dier for me.

Dier is better at linking the play than Wanyama, him and Dembele were great last year.

I dont't think it's fair to judge him playing at CB, he has not played there consistently since he joined,

The game itself, I think we can win - but if offered a point now I would clearly take it.

Ibrahimovic has been out of sorts all season?? Right...

I'll give you Pogba but not Zlatan.
I want a win too but that triumvirate gelling properly is, I think, the biggest potential pitfall. Hopefully Bailly has not been back long enough to fully settle in again as he's a marked improvement on Rojo.

Doesn't Eric have an appointment with Herrara?

I reckon Poch subbed Wanyama v CSKA after an hour with a view to starting him against Man Utd. So I think it will be him and Dembele in midfield with Toby in for Dier.

Unless he wants to use both Eric and Wanyama with Dembele infront of them and Alli on the bench. You can never be certain what Poch will do.

But I think it will be the team in the first post of the thread.
