Harry Kane MBE

AC Milan are ready to make an opening offer of €50million (£42.1m) for Tottenham striker Harry Kane in the January transfer window, according to reports in the Italian press.

The fallen Italian giants have recently been taken over by new Chinese investors who will make €100million available to coach Vincenzo Montella to go on a shopping spree in the new year.

And Corriere dello Sport claims Montella has put struggling Tottenham striker Kane at the very top of his shopping list.

Kane has failed to score in his last nine outings, but insisted earlier this week his confidence hadn’t been affected by his lack of goals.

Spurs have already stated that the England international is not for sale and were reportedly set to offer the striker his second new deal in the last 12 months as recently as this summer.

But the Italian side ‘remain confident’ of convincing Spurs to cash in on their prized asset and are reportedly willing to go as high as €65million (£54.8million) for the 23-year-old.

Hahahahahahaha.A big joke.

Harry has started scoring early, obviously wants the golden boot wrapped up with a few games to spare.

This season, he hits 30 league goals!

he totally mis-hit the first cross but credit to him for anticipating the cross even as he had two players lining up in front of him.

TBH i thought he was going to mess one up too - a tap-in would have been easier !

that injury looks nasty, the way his ankle twisted over most likely badly stretched the ligaments

Poch says they will know more tomorrow.

I rolled my ankle a couple of years ago, I couldn't run for at least 10 days, there may be a silver lining that he can literally put his feet up for a while now and come back fresh.

poch fudging running this guy to the ground.

his lack of ability to know when to utilise the squad is very worrying. winks, carroll, trippier, CCV, janssen, onomah and a couple more should be better used

3 weeks on the sofa would be absolutely ideal for him now. A blessing in disguise. He clearly needs a rest.

It's also a good chance to give Janssen some starts without Kane levered in at AM, to let him find some goals and momentum

I just don't buy all this 'Kane needs a rest' guff. It's a narrative that's been running for well over a year now yet still he continues to bang in the goals, albeit with leaner spells in between, something that every single striker on the planet suffers from ffs.

If anything the real fear now must be that when he comes back having had this oh-so-paradisical rest he will take time to get back into the swing or worse the injury will linger and affect his confidence.

Then we WILL have something to whinge about.

So please, can we all leave him a-fudging-lone and just be grateful we have the most prolific striker in the PL playing for US and not Manure, Cheatski or City.

With Walker limping, Dembele and Dier going off poch to go careful with the subs.
